Who is fighting who in Pakistan?

There are three types of Taliban in Pakistan; those who fight American and NATO in Afghanistan, those who are pro-Islamabad, and those who challenge Islamabad, but the one thing they all have in common is that they were all created by Pakistan. How can a few thousand illiterate half trained men defeat trained army? It does not sound real, something is missing here.
American seems to be having no answer to the problem may give more money to Pakistan without condition attached to the money. The Pakistani president wants the world to believe that Pakistan is less stable and it needs economic assistance. Giving more money to Pakistan like giving alcoholic the bottle. Pakistan has created Islamic extremist and Pakistan can control the extremist. Extremist nerve centre is not in the swat valley or NWFP, but in Lahore. By eliminating one group of Taliban which have been instigated by ISI would not put the end to the extremism in Pakistan.
The fact is that Pakistan has no civil institution. Feudal elite of Punjab have lost touch with ordinary people. A failed economy with a strong army, which consumes most of the states resources, is their legacy.
Pakistan’s weak economy cannot support such a strong army, therefore Pakistani army has created fake war we have not seen the end of it yet.
Pakistan is failed state it is time for American and other to work with the people who own the land. Pakistani army have a state, politicians are subservient to the army, and intelligence services fix the elections results so whatever the public cast their votes do not count.
