It is a pivotal time in Baluch history right now

It is a pivotal time in Baluch history right now. Baluch are not considered to be Iranian citizen for two reasons; a) the Baluch are not Shiite, b) they are not Persian. Sistan Baluchistan is occupied land it is not part of Iran, the Iranians are not going to shed tears when Iranian forces kill every child and its mother young and old in Baluchistan. They will benefit from the demise of Baluch. The Iranians will not give up control over Baluchistan. Iranians will commit genocide rather than give Baluch their right. Pakistan and Iranian are in agreement over the Baluchistan issue. Baluch as human beings have never been important for the Iranian and Pakistan regimes. Baluch land and Baluchistan resources have always been more important for the Iranian and Pakistanian regimes.
Iran and Pakistan are compact states. Iranian elite in particular have failed to accommodate diversity. Models of assimilation and homogenising nation state have been contested everywhere in the world by suppressed nation. Iran still clings to assimilation and exclusionary policies. The Baluch people have concluded that assimilation is not appropriate given Baluchistans cultural, economical and historical circumstances.
The British government has Jailed Baluch leader and activist Mr. Marri, and Faize Baluch on false charges on behalf of Pakistani government. The Khan of Kalat Baluchistans de facto ruler has been taken hostage in Britain. He claimed asylum in UK and he’s claim has been rejected twice. HH Khan of Kalat cannot travel to internationalise the Baluch issue. On the other hand General Musharraf’s self appointed ex-president of Pakistan has been granted permanent residency with no difficulty.
The Obama administration saw the bomb blast in Zahedan, and they have condemned it, but they failed to see Irans judiciary murder! Every state and every international organization are attacking the Baluch. In America every man has the right to a fair trial, guilty before trial is not acceptable to the American public. The same standard must be applied to the Baluch also. Obama should make a peace with Iran if that is in the interest of the American people but the Baluch should not pay the price for that peace between Iran and America.
International and intergovernmental organizations should adopt a different approach towards Iran and Pakistan, they should recognise Baluch sovereignty over their historical and ancestral home land. International and intergovernmental organisation should adopt a frame work to assist the Baluch to achieve their self-determination. The Baluch have the right to protect their unique identity, cultivate their culture, language, and protect their economic and resources. Only as an independent state will Baloch be able to protect itself from Iran and Pakistan.
The UN covenant on economic, social, and cultural right, the part one article one says;
All people have the right of self determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.
The UN, international, intergovernmental organisations cannot walk away from Baluchistan. The Baluch demand that what has been already agreed in that covenant, the UN should seek that article recommendations are implemented by the Iranian and Pakistani.
To remedy the situation in Iran and Pakistan and accepting the maltreatments of Baluch by Pakistan and Iran is a matter of legitimate international concern and should be subject to international norms and standard.
I call on American and Britain to stand with the Baluch, because Afghanistan security and Pakistans, war against Taliban is dependent on Baluchistan prosperity.

Appendix
The Iranian has breached all human right declarations and conventions the UN, international and intergovernmental convention declaration and adaptation are not judiciary enforceable. Baluch cannot go to any international court to force their respective government to comply with these international norms which Iran has signed. These convention, declaration, adaptation are self imposed. International and intergovernmental organizations have no power to impose them on Iran.
Pakistan violated every national constitution they have ever written. There are more than 8000 Baluchi people missing and more than 300000 forcefully removed from their homes in order to clear the way for Gas and oil exploration. Pakistan has tested nuclear bombs in Baluchistan the consequences are that people who live around the test site are dying, from the nuclear fallout as well as failing crops. The international and the intergovernmental organisations do not have an accurate report of the situation. Some democratic countries in the west helped Pakistan to cover up. WHO has not reported on the thousands of displaced Baluch.
Pakistan has violated Baluch right; Iran has violated Baluch rights. In the real world the state grants individual groups rights. Occupied and enslaved people like the Baluch have no rights. International and intergovernmental organisations have colluded with oppressor Islamic regime of Iran and military driven regime of Pakistan against the Baluch people. The Baluch are living on Persian and Punjabi mercy, which has put Baluch in the peculiar position that mercy is not the right.
Various policies of assimilation and exclusion have been directed at Baluch in the name of constructing respective nations in Iran and Pakistan. The inability of the international and intergovernmental community to address categories of baluch grievances has deepened Baluch issue.
Policies of international intergovernmental organisation norms and standard are not a helpful picture of the future of Baluchistan in Iran where Baluch are not recognised as legitimate or equal citizen in the Islamic republic. Iranians have suppressed Baluch in so many ways; for example the Iranian war on drugs has killed more innocent people than the drug traffickers themselves. Iranian agencies are the main drug traffickers, they allegedly use Baluch as transporters. The Iranian government label Baluch as nationalist drug traffickers, and shamefully the UN not only support the Iranian in killing Baluch instead of the drug traffickers but give them diplomatic cover. With UN money Iran has been constructing a wall, similar to the Israeli wall, it will dividing communities and destroys the existence of the Baluch. If the Berlin wall was unacceptable to Germany and the Israeli wall in Palestine, why should the Baluch wall be acceptable to anyone?
A physical boundary, which has been drawn by aliens, cannot divide the Baluch nation. Cultural boundaries divide the nation.
