Indeed Iranian ethnic nationalism poses a serious threat to the territorial and political legitimacy of Iran.

Liberty,
Liberty is rooted in every person’s state of being, the development of personality flourish better under the condition of freedom. Liberty is right to self expression, self-realisation and self being. Freedom means the right to do what one likes is accustomed to do what gods to worship, what party to support, what occupation to pursue.
The Baluch nation is desire for liberation from bondage of all sorts, slavery, serfdom, dictatorships. The Baluch nation is desire to be free from poverty, dependency, and exploitation. The ideal of choice is the centre to freedom, without choice freedom is an empty formula for people.
How free one is will depend not just on one’s being able to make choice at all, but on one’s range for choice-on the range of meaningful choice open to one. This range will be a matter both of what options are as a matter of fact available, and one’s subjective ability to envisage and asses’ alternatives.
Indeed Iranian ethnic nationalism poses a serious threat to the territorial and political legitimacy of Iran. For what Baluch nationalist today demand is no less than what the European nation claimed, and achieved at the age of European nationalism.
The sentiment of nationality exist among the Baluch, there is a bonus case for uniting all the members of Baluch nation under independent Baluchistan, and government to themselves. It is to be said that a government ought to be decided by governed. Iran is a multinational state and therefore actual case for ethnic conflict.
The authors of Iranian history and constitution are from dominant Persian who have vested interest in not revelling the true nature of ethnics nationalism inside Iran. Baluch nationalism provides the powerful raw material for nationalism that makes sense to members of Baluch nation. Baluch nationalism operates not along class lines within Baluch society, neither along states boundaries but along ethnic line in confrontation with the others.
The question of citizenship is continue to haunt Baluch inside Iran, because the state and its institutions have denied the equal rights to Baluch on the bases of religion, culture, language.  Persian culture and language are imposed on non Persian population against their will. Baluch are the social phenomenon which cannot be regulated by Persia.
Baluch nationalism is the frame of myths, symbols and belief connected with the origin and evolution of the particular people that should not exploited by fascist for mass mobilisation purposes. Human beings are genetically and culturally are different and therefore fascism has no bases on term of genetic or culture.
The Baluch people desire for self respect, personal worth and human dignity, equality, the human desire for similar status, power and participation in the world political system.  There is no conscious individual who does not desire the benefits of equality and joy of freedom. Iranian has denied the Baluch economical equality, goods and services which other Iranian enjoys.
