The people of western Baluchistan are ethnically Baluch, religiously Sunni. Iran is Shiite majority state ruled according to Shiite doctrine or supreme Shiite religion leader wishes. The people of western Baluchistan historically belong to once was the tribal confederation of Baluchistan. Western Baluchistan historically is not part of Iran. The Iranian forces invaded Baluchistan in 1927.
The state is the guardian of property and life, if the state failed to protect property preserve the life sustain way of life, it has no right to exists. The Baluch dignity, property and life are not safe under the Iranian regime. The Baluch are standing alone in the world. Assassinations and kangaroo court, Shiite judges, social stigma, collective humiliation of Baluch in public, public hanging and arrogant elites are deriving the Baluch to suicide.
The Baluch, do not speak the Persian language and culturally- religiously are different from the state language and religion, they have remained at the bottom of the social hierarchy; there are no hopes on sight these disadvantages will be corrected for their children.
Iranian regime has been killing the Baluch since 1980 in the name of communist, nationalist, western agent, drug dealer, capitalist, now it has reach to the last defence wall it is the Baluch culture and religion. The Iranian must be assured that The Baluch will defend their culture and religion to their very last man.
After 1927 annexed the Baluch territory in the western Baluchistan has been divided between five Iranian administrator units thereafter Baluch nation has been turn to a minority in four out of five administrator political units.
The employability, dignity, security, and self-respect of individual hinge on their education; and limits of the culture within which they were educated are also the limits of the world within which they can morally professionally breathe. A modern man is not loyal to monarch or tribe, or a state, but to a culture. Iranian has deprived Baluch from education;instead of literacy the state has indoctrinated the national building and state building and Persian myth making policies.
No nation or state arrive the scene by divine order. Baluch nation is the fruit of development within Baluch society and these developments were not disappear of their own occur. Baluchistan has been conquered and divided, occupied the nation lost the monopoly of power with it, the monopoly over its institutions.
A modern state can only function with a mobile literate, culturally and linguistically, interchangeable population then the illiterate half starved population sucked in civil war like situation uprooted wandering villager. The Baluch expects to continue to be ejected from the current Iranian cultural pools. The full citizenship and access to primary school, employment denied to them and rejected by Persian.
The dialect spoken by these villages’ offer few prospect; lack of literacy tradition, lack of personal skill the alienate Baluch are the victim of state. Unjust against Baluch are the well documented historical facts that cannot be hidden easily.
The Baluch people desire for self respect, personal worth and human dignity, equality, the human desire for similar status, power and participation in the world political system. There is no conscious individual who does not desire the benefits of equality and joy of freedom. Iranian has denied the Baluch economical equality, goods and services which other Iranian enjoys.
