Baranzai ruler in the western Baluchistan had contacts with German before and during the First World War. But those contacts with German were the only help they could get from the outsiders. The Baranzai had good reasons to regard the British Empire as an enemy. The British had divided and divided their country into three pieces.
The Persian had not had enough force, no legitimate claims on the western Baluchistan, and they had not had an adequate military power to conquer and maintain their conquest on the Baluch land for a considerable time without the British help. The British had legitimised the Persian kings claim on the western Baluchistan and the British eroded the Baluch power and as consequences of that erosion, the Persian defeated the Baluch forces.
Baranzai were inward looking power which rose from people, in the 1908-22 Bahram Khan Baranzai had united many cities states, which were ruled by different ruling families, under the United Baluchistan.
The Baranzai and tribal chieftains, rulers in the western Baluchistan had a vision they had imagination they succeeded to put their imagination into practice.
If the Baluch had international support and the Persian had lost the war in the battle of Khahn Daood and Kala Dazzik in 1928 the Baluch may have a chance to maintain their independence in the western Baluchistan.
