The national struggle for independence is a long and difficult process and has its uphill and downhill struggle. The national liberation is the Baluch inspiration regardless of the cost in bloods and treasures. The Iranian state is a very suppressive state.  Iran is governed by a theocratic regime that holds a self torture carnival once a years called Ashorra, where young and elder, women and children are encourage to torture themselves, it is their religion and cultural values. But self-torture is not an acceptable behaviour in Baluch society.

The Baluch are also Muslim. The Baluch culture and Islam had integrated centuries ago. The Baluch are tolerance and secular minded people. The ethnic Hazara and Arab and Afghan have always come to Baluchistan as refuge. The Hindu praying places and heritages and businesses have been protected by the Baluch society for millenniums. Therefore the Baluch culture and tolerance need to be celebrated and promoted in the region that is infested by religion intolerance.

The Baluch culture has become the victim of politic, many political parties’ individuals organise workshops and seminars, but unconsciously or consciously they connect the Baluch culture to bygone days.  I believe the culture lives within individual, people in a society cultivate culture from tradition according to the society needs there is no such thing as backward culture. People live the life for themselves with their own cultural values. Usually cultural values are fixed only evolves according to time.

The Punjabi has not got a good record with woman issue. There were many reports have been published where women have been gang raped by the orders of local judges. Many influential Pakistani elites have depraved their members from inheriting   property.

 Pakistan and Iranian media with help from self-hating Baluch have been broadcasting lies about the Baluch culture and obviously Pakistan and Iranian lies about the Baluch and demonising the Baluch culture, their systematic campaign against the Baluch has left negative impact on the Baluch image among the world community opinions.

There is no individual in the world who has not get a language and culture, we always compare values, our  values and the others behaviour to our own cultural test. For the Baluch to enhance their cause for the national liberation from yoke of Persian and Punjabi occupation they need to counter the Persian and Punjabi propaganda and present their true cultural identity. The Baluch nation with the natural secular minded culture surrounded by religious fanatic is the only hope to build on a hope for the better future for the region.
