New Iranian Sunni jihadi group claims car bombing,

A newly-formed Iranian Sunni jihadi group, Jaish ul-Adl (‘Army of Justice’) has claimed responsibility for a deadly attack on a car carrying an unknown number of IRGC guards in Sistan and Baluchistan, has called for new recruits to its cause and has warned the IRGC to leave Sistan and Baluchistan.

This montage photo of the attack, apparently taken with a cellphone camera, was posted on the group’s Facebook page with an explanation in Persian (translated below). The same photo was also posted on Twitter by an account used by the spokesperson for another Baluchi jihadi group, Harakat Ansar Iran, which claimed responsibility for a suicide bombing in a mosque in the Sunni-majority province earlier this year.
Arabic caption: “A picture of the operation by brothers Jaish ul-Adl in car-bombing the Salafids [Shiite Iranians]“.
Persian translation:
The Jaish ul-Adl Organization announces that the brave fighters of the Sheikh Zaiei martyr brigade, affiliated to the Jaish ul-Adl, in the region of Saravan-Kohak [in Sistan and Baluchistan] engaged with the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, a number of whom were killed in the clash and their vehicle destroyed. The brave men of the Zaiei martyr brigade sent a message via the Jaish ul-Adl organization’s public relations that in the afternoon of Saturday the second of Dey in (Kohak) Saravan, explosives were laid in the path of a car carrying IRGC guards,  and succeeded in diverting the car, after which it was fired upon and the IRGC guards on board the vehicle were killed. Jaish ul-Adl warns the regime to stop crimes against the oppressed people of Iran, and know that no violence can prevent our people from justice and from seeking justice. The same organization also warns the IRGC to leave the region.”
According to a statement made on the group’s website, Jaish ul-Adl is “composed of young Iranian Sunnis who have come together to defend the oppressed to the divine command”.
The group’s leader is named as Mr. Salah Al-Deen Farouki and its spokesman as Mohsen Mohammadi.
The group, which describes itself as a “political-military” movement, say they are motivated by Baluch nationalism, and by what they claim is Iran’s oppression of the Sunni Baluchi peoples, including religious oppression (original text in English):
Mosques and schools Like the mosque of Sheikh Feiz And the mosques Gvrnak Sarbaz and azim abad school lvtkh and Sheikh ghader bakhash balochi in balochistan provence , a Sunni Belonging  mosque in hasht dar Functions of Ardabil province, Konarak mosque in the Chabahar, 17 Shahrivar Street mosque in Mashhad, Khalil Ullah school in Sanandaj, Haj Ahmed bik school in Sanandaj, Sir Habibullah school in Sanandaj, Alhsnyn mosque in Shiraz, mullana jalaludin school in Mnsvraqayy, Mosque in Sardasht, Khwaja Ata school in Bandar Abbas Were razed by the military and security regime And while this is going on Hosseiniehs and the Shiite temples are multiply growing in Sunni provinces of iran.
