Ladies and gentlemen Baluchistan is an occupied land. There was not annexation agreement between Baluchistan and Pakistan. Pakistan was allowed by the world powers in 1948 to invade Baluchistan by barrel of the gun. Pakistan has accused Indian and others of supporting the Baluch struggle for an independent Baluchistan but failed to produce evidences.

 The Baluch struggle for an independent Baluchistan is a home grown struggle. The Baluch never stop pursuing the case of illegal occupation and human rights violations in Baluchistan.

The Human rights, economic, social, conditions are very bad in Baluchistan. on human rights, there are no accurate report on “kill and dump” and the Baluch forced disappearance persons because the Pakistan authorities have bar national and international journalists from reporting on Baluchistan, but according to Pakistani newspapers reports since 2010 more than 1000 so called “kill and Dump” body killed by Pakistani army have been discovered.

The Baluch sources believes the number of killed and dumped persons by the state security agencies are much higher than have been reported. According to local sources “estimated” more than 25000 people are missing and over one million are displaced so far.

Ladies and gentlemen these are not only numbers. These are human beings and they have God given right to live the dignified lives in their own God given land like the rest of humanity.  Pakistan’s rules over Baluchistan has never been legitimate, it has no moral authority, and soon it will lose control over Baluchistan.

Pakistan is committing genocide in Baluchistan. The current Genocide which has stated in 2006 is well documented. Mass graves have been found in Khuzdar Baluchistan and other places, there are others locations we believes need to be investigated by the international institutions.

Pakistan has been committing genocide in Baluchistan for all sort of reasons but the current major crime have been committed to fulfil the Chinese expansionist ambition. 

In conclusion I would like to bring into everyone’s attention that CPEC is Chinese military project. CPEC is an existential threat to the Baluch nation and Indian as well as American interest in region.

The Indian should support an independent Baluchistan as an allies in order to eradicate the threat of prominent war from its western border. In addition to that the United States and India should call on Pakistan to stop the Baluch genocide and declare Pakistan as a terrorist state and support the Baluch to bring those official and Army General who have committed Crime against the Baluch  into the ICJ to face justice for the crimes the committed against Baluch people.

It is time for the United Nations and the international community to declare Pakistan as a terrorist State and recognise Baluchistan as an occupied land. It is the time to support an independent Baluchistan.

Pakistan and Iran have portrayed the Baluch struggle for an independent Baluchistan as the outside conspiracy against them, ladies and Gentleman the Baluch struggle is for an independent Baluchistan and it is a home grown struggle. The Baluch have never submitted to the Persian and Punjabi rules and will never surrender their historical sovereignty national rights to no one.

In conclusion I would like to bring into everyone’s attention that CPEC is a Chinese military project. CPEC is not only an existential threat to the Baluch and India but

China is also the threat to countries around the South, East China Seas as well as American interests in the region.

Ladies and Gentlemen let me clear it to Chinese on behalf of the Baluch .The Chinese are not welcomed in Baluchistan, the Baluch will stand against Chinese colonisation and defend their resources and mother land.

The Baluch are not member of the united Nation but Japan is the members of the United Nations.  Japan as a respected member of the United Nation should call on Pakistan to stop the Baluch genocide and declare Pakistan as a terrorist state and should stop financial support to Pakistan.

Pakistan state survive on your financial support, your money has been used by Pakistan army to commit genocide in Baluchistan. Now your money is being used to enhance the Chinese strategy against you.  

The Baluch are seeking the international support in the United Nations for an independent Baluchistan. We appeal to Japanese people to support the Baluch just cause for independent.

It is time for the United Nations and the international community including Japan to declare Pakistan as a terrorist State and recognise whole Baluchistan as an occupied land.

Bangladesh as the victim of Pakistan's genocide can play a leading role. It is the time for like minded Nations including Afghanistan and India to declare Pakistan a terrorist state as they are victims of Pakistani sponsored terrorists.

The Baluch in Iran want to end the Iranian occupation on their land. The Baluch in Iran are the victim of the State aggression and the Gulf States are the victim of Iranian expansionist policy.

 On the end I would like to thank deputy crown prince Mohammad Bin Salman for recognising That Baluchistan under Iranian occupation is an occupied land and I appeal to other brotherly Arab States to join the Prince Mohammad bin Salman and I also would like to  thank Dhahi Khalfan Tamim and others anonymous supporters  to recognising that fact. The Baluch look forward to work with the world for security, prosperity, peace.
