 Pakistan has become liability and the source of embarrassment for its backers; definitely it has become burden on the American tax payers and security risk to south Asia. 

Pakistan has become a truly failed state that can no longer be ignored by the Pakistan’s international partners and backers. Pakistan has become high risk for businesses the shipping companies, private investors and Pakistan cannot survive without investments and capital growth.

Pakistan as a failed state will not disappear from the map of the earth automatically many failed states survived as failed states for decades if not century, as long as there is no better alternative to Pakistan, Pakistan will survive as failed state and people of Pakistan continue to suffer for generation to come.

 As long as Pakistan nominally exists and it is a member of the United Nations it will be beneficiary of the sovereignty, above all monopoly of violence in the internationally recognised boundaries. The international community has no option but to maintain the failed state through direct or indirect help through the NGO.

The international communities the United Nations and nongovernmental organisations and human right organisations never ever come up with the idea that let breakup Pakistan because it is a failed state or oppressive regime has been ruling the state since it has been created; on the other hand the suppressed nations in Pakistan should come up with better alternative to replace Pakistan.

Pakistan solution to the problem in Baluchistan;

1- Pakistan has been exploring many options since forceful annexation of Baluchistan into Pakistan in 1948; A) five major military operations, B) education and economic deprivation of the Baluch people; c) imposing illiterates Sardars on Baluch society and mark complete Baluch society as Backward; D) kill the Baluch educated elites and current kill and damps, lack of respect and trust even in their own laws and courts. The kill and dump policy have failed to scare the Baluch nation.

2- Pakistan has financed and mobilised Pro- Pakistan elite in Baluchistan and around the world these elites have vast interests within current system and want to preserve Pakistan have capabilities if supported by west and international institution to divert the attention from the Baluch national liberation to conflict resolution.

In order to get ride of the failed state the Baluch leaderships have to find better alternative to Pakistan and should thinks and plan lives without Pakistan. The independent Baluchistan has to be seen viable, democratic, and secular, respect gender equality and property rights of individuals are protected by the law. Without the Baluch workable plan for the future the failed state Pakistan will be there and people will suffer needlessly.

There is different between doing something and to be seen doing something.
