The ethnic politic is in rise.

The Baluch in Iran are subjected to an active targeted formal and informal discrimination, to exclude them from regional and national power.

Persian claim that they are descended from the Aryan race, therefore, Iran rulers must be Persian, and they also believe that the rulers must be a follower of the Shiite sect of Islam. Persian politics relies on the Persian ethnic-Nationalism and Shiite religion for political legitimacy. Persian politics relies on the Persian ethnic-Nationalism and Shiite religion for legitimacy.

On the other hand, Iran is divided along ethnic and religious lines. Competition between the different ethnic groups in Iran may have already escalated into conflicts level.
The Shiite religion was the major source that united the Persian with the Azari-Turk against the Sunni Ottoman Caliph in the 17th century, and it is the only source united the Shiite Persian nationalism against the Kurd, Baluch and the Sunni majority world. If the appeals to vote on Religion lose its appeal, Iran would disintegrate.

The ethnic politics is in the rise; the doctrine of national self-determination and the rise of ethnic politics have encouraged the ethnics groups to challenge the religious elites in Tehran.
Loyalty to religion is being challenged and replaced by ethnic loyalty. Challenges to the religious are undermining the state’s legitimacy.

These ethnics, religious discrimination and exclusion have provided an opportunity for the ethnic groups to mobilise themselves against the centralised system, and seize power on behalf of their ethnic population. In the past, the Persian elites have solved the Baluch nationalist conflicts by buying off the educated elite as well as tribal chiefs against poor and uneducated masses.

The economic mismanagement, insecurity and competition among the Iranian elite over the state power will deny the Persian and religious elite the much-needed resources to solve the ethnic conflicts inside Iran.

The Baluch nationalist elite, notable and tribal chiefs (before 1928) were directly in control of Baluchistan affairs now they have been ignored and humiliated by Tehran's direct rule, and their culture, religion and way of life have been ignored by the alien.

The Baluch are subjected to targeted formal and informal discrimination, excluded from power.

The surges of ethnic politics in the region and world, a legitimate claim to national self-determination have legitimised the Baluch struggle for National liberation. If the conditions were favourable, The Baluch National struggle in the Iranian occupied Baluchistan could lead to the Baluch national liberation from Iran
