The Iranian judiciary in Baluchistan has sentenced eight people, four to death by hanging,

Iran (Persian) lack legitimate authority in Baluchistan and their intention in resisting the Baluch legitimate power is ethically disgraceful because it is about denying the Baluch their right to live within a zone of ordinary culture and civic peace.

On the 24th of December the Christian world were preparing to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ the Iranian judiciary in Baluchistan has sentenced eight people, four to death by hanging, another two to long jail sentences and two more are waiting for the court decision to decide their faiths on false charges.
1-      Jabbar ( abadian) Molla Zadeh, 22 years old at the time of his arrest,
2-      Malik Mohammad Abadian, 50 years old at time of his arrest,
3-       Nezamuldin Molla Zadeh, 18 years old at the of his arrest,
4-      Javad Abadian, 20 years old at the time of his arrest,

The accused were paraded on press T.V shows ,an Iranian English T. V channel, and forced to confess to charges levelled against them by Persian Shiite authority.

5-      Maulvi Mohammad Naqshbandi, 57 years old (father), was an Imam of the city of Rask, a small township near port city of Chabhar, he has been jailed early and the people in his hometown where he was the Imam have protested against his and his son arrests. He is sentenced to 15 years jail sentences and he will be kept in a jail 1000 miles away from his family and friends.
6-      Abdul Ghaffar Naqshbandi (son) sentenced to 13 years he will be kept in a jail 1000 miles away from his family and friends.
7-      Gul Mohammad and Faqer Mohammad are waiting for their sentence to be announced.

The legitimate state is one that protects and promotes the rights and interests of its citizen starting with their entitlement to live securely within a territorially bounded zone of ordinary civic peace. Iran never had a legitimacy to rule over the western Baluchistan, if the Iranian had such claim they have lost that legitimacy to govern western Baluchistan by any standard.

Iran has failed to and is unwilling to protects, promotes the Rights and interests of the Baluch, and is involved with Shiite ideology that committed to the destruction of the Baluch culture and religion, the state and regime have lost any serious claim to legitimacy.
