Iran (Persian) lack legitimate authority in Baluchistan and their intention in resisting the Baluch legitimate power is ethically disgraceful because it is about denying the Baluch their right to live within a zone of ordinary culture and civic peace.

The legitimate state is one that
protects and promotes the rights and interests of its citizen starting with
their entitlement to live securely within a territorially bounded zone of
ordinary civic peace. Iran never had a legitimacy to rule over the western
Baluchistan, if the Iranian had such claim they have lost that legitimacy to
govern western Baluchistan by any standard.
Iran has failed to and is unwilling to protects, promotes the Rights and interests of the Baluch, and is involved with Shiite ideology that committed to the destruction of the Baluch culture and religion, the state and regime have lost any serious claim to legitimacy.
