Various collaborator groups complete in Baluchistan with one another for increase of benefit at disposal of the Punjabis led government

The power of the central government and its control over the Baluchistan resources is increasing. The power of provincial chief executive and assembly members reduced to level of clowns.

Punjabi could not increase their power and connect their interests in Baluchistan on behalf of Pakistan without help from the Baluch collaborators to undertake necessary changes behalf of Pakistan and ties some Sardars and so called middle class elites interests with Punjabi and Pakistan.

The Punjabi in Baluchistan may hire some of unemployed lawyers for the smooth lands transaction from local Baluch land owner to the new Punjabi and Pakistani elites. They also hire some Baluch as police or security guard to guard Punjabi and Pakistan elite’ newly acquired property in Baluchistan.

Punjabi envisages Gwadar a fishing port town on the Makoran coast with five million migrants from Punjab and all over Pakistan. It is going to be one of the massive internal voluntary mass migration that the history never seen before. http://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2009/05/pakistans-fatal-shore/307385/

The central government cannot translate their Gwadar dream to reality unless the Punjabi identifies local collaborators, because the Baluch people have been resisting Punjabis aggression by all means. In order to turn the Gwadar dream to reality the Punjabis have identified the National party as the local collaborator. The NP has network of local collaborators and experience in dealing with local issues. The national party is capable to carry out the Punjabis dirty work in Baluch on behalf of Pakistan.

Various collaborators groups complete in Baluchistan with one another for increase of benefit at disposal of the Punjabis led government in Islamabad. The pro-Punjabi half-educated Sardars have majority in the Baluchistan Assembly, but Punjabi prime minister in Islamabad ordered the Makoran elite to form the provincial government in Baluchistan. Because the Punjabi prime minister is aware of the future complication in Baluchistan and educated collaborators are better equipped in dealing with complex issue than their co-collaborators  half educated sardars.
