In the era of religious fundamentalist uprising in the world in general and the Middle East, South Asia in particular, the Baluch has asserted its priority over other forms of struggle, thus National liberation.
We are gathered here to celebrate the achievements of those heroes who performed heroic acts on behalf of the Nation and whose sacrifices have inspired the living.
We reiterate that the Baluch are all equal in life and death. We value the sacrifices made by all martyrs. The affairs of Baluchistan are not the responsibility and privilege of tribal chiefs and elites, but the business of the mass population.
The Baluch struggle relies on democratic universal human values that the Baluch claims as its priority, not religion, tribalism, or social class, but equality of men and women.
Many Baluch sacrificed their lives to protect the Baluch values, and many more have paid the ultimate price for national liberation. There is no freedom without sacrifice.
Today we salute their sacrifices and promise them that we will complete their desire.
Baluchistan belongs to all Baluch: even if others have bought land or cultivated her fields. Baluchistan is known for its geography and people, but it is not mute; Balochistan-gifted personalities complete and sustain the moral characters of the Baluch.
The Baluch nation has seen many triumphs and tragedies, victories and betrayals. Today the Baluch are struggling to gain sovereignty, which rightfully belongs to the Baluch, or to keep it from those who are grabbing it. Today the Baluch story is the story of the Baluch national liberation from Shiite Persian and colonial Pakistan’s occupations.
The Baloch liberation movement is democratic. It can provide the form in which the doctrine of popular sovereignty would be practiced.
